Taste Library is honoured to invite International certified “Cult de Choco” Chocolatier – Jeremy to hold the Chocolate Appreciation Workshop in December. Let’s explore the wonderful story and secret of chocolate!

In this workshop, participants can find out more about the history of Chocolate, getting more information on the processing on cocoa beans and knowledge of making chocolate. Participants may also taste over 10 different types of “Single origin” Chocolate. It is a rare opportunity to learn from a Chocolatier guiding us to taste the chocolate with our fice senses.
