“PMQ Coffee Agenda” is back on 19th to 22nd April during the Easter Holiday! This spring, diverse outstanding local and overseas baristas from Japan and Taiwan, including judges and champions of the world coffee competitions, are invited to present their conventional, brewing techniques and ingenuity of coffee. There will also be plenty of refreshing coffee interactive experiences to be held, sharing with you the remarkable stories, particular coffee knowledge and culture!
Starting from seed to raw beans, planting to brewing skills, every single step influences the quality of a cup of coffee. In which, we believe in the power of connection such as an exquisite sense of Taste, the persistence of quality, and the affinity for services are the main key to process “from seed to cup”.

Aiming to offer a platform for the upcoming talented baristas in Hong Kong, PMQ Coffee Agenda has launched Open Call For Barista for the first time last March. the participated baristas were requested to serve beverages from four categories: expresso, milk coffee with latte art, brewed coffee and signature drinks within limited time and were evaluated based on taste balance, creativity, hygiene, description and service. The 4 winners are going to brew their coffee and share their coffee stories to the coffee lovers at booth C1 & C2.
