New pasta joint on the block!

From January 10th – Feb 8th, Osteria Orzo will open its doors to all pasta fans in Hong Kong at PMQ Taste Kitchen. This is not your typical pasta joint around the block though, you can expect homemade pasta and classic Italian dishes with a Korean twist created by Chef Daniel Kang from Seoul.

Chef Daniel, who studied cooking in France, opened 8 restaurants at the age of 25, which he then sold them all to focus on Osteria Orzo. The reason behind this was so that he could focus on the food he was creating with the hopes of spreading joy to his customers through his cooking. He has decided to come to Hong Kong, the mecca of the Asian restaurant scene, to see if he could bring comfort and pleasure to diverse eaters here.

Be sure to try out their highly rated Beef Carpaccio, Caprese, Crab Fra Diavolo Pasta, and Al Ragu Bianco.
