Isono has invited Michelin-starred Chef Riccardo Di Giacinto from Ristorante All’Oro in Rome to cook up a 5-course tasting menu ($675 per person) on the night of 11th August 2015. Featuring the hearty bold flavours inspired by the traditional cooking of Rome, the city where Riccardo lives and runs his restaurant. Notable dishes include Tuna All’Oro style, Beef cheek with truffle sauce and Lavender crème brulée.
