Recent studies have shown that the consumption of alcohol in Korea is the second largest in the world, after Russia. Sool is a Korean traditional alcohol which is made with nuruk (dry cereal cake).

PMQ Taste Library is honored to invite Ms Haneul Oh to introduce the historical background of Sool. During the workshop, Ms Oh will share the ingredients and ways in making Sool.
Participants will explore and experience the 8 flavors of Sool.
