On 10th and 11th February, we are hosting an incredible afternoon of education and demonstration of ‘Ikebana’ – traditional art of flower arrangement from Japan.
Lead by Takako Doi, Ikebana Misho-ryu Master from Kyoto, the workshop will begin with an introduction to the flowers, tools, and techniques. After this, you will have the chance to try your hand at a basic composition, using your own selection of flowers.
*Participants are welcome to keep their flowers after the workshop
*Optional to buy flower vase and/or tools
Please note that this workshop is extremely limited due to space. Also, flowers must be ordered in advance, walk-ins might not be available.
