【90-minute journey for your taste buds】

Seriously, who doesn’t love travelling? There are tremendous exciting things we can explore in other foreign countries, especially the FOOD! Of course, eating is one of the best and fastest ways to learn about another culture. Starting from September 2017, you can enjoy a 90-minute journey for your taste buds in our Foreign Taste workshop.
PMQ Taste Library will search for different recipes from around the world. Some may be given by our visitors and friends, or our curators may learn how to make foreign dishes from the locals and share with all of you. In this 90-minute journey, you will be able to find the most authentic taste from the other countries.

This time, we have prepared Salmorejo and Rabo de Toro for everyone!
Thanks Mr. Kenneth Leung for contributing the recipe from Martue Winery in La Guardia Toledo, Spain! He will there sharing his journey with us on the day of the event!
