When you are feeling lonely and distressed, the warm flavours of home will become exceptionally nostalgic. Needless to say, there are stories and memories behind home-cooked meals. Starting from November, Ms Lili Ho, former DJ and programme producer at Hong Kong Commercial Radio, will be the new host at PMQ Taste Library’s Family Recipes Workshops every Sunday!
Lili made lots of her friends over meals, and one of them is our guest for this session, Ms. Jeff Chan. Jeff is a lifestyle PR professional, and she has been invited to countless tasting sessions and has visited numerous cities around the world due to her job nature. As someone who loves to cook, she is passionate to learn from her elderlies on their home recipes. Let’s join Lili on January 6th, and listen to Jeff’s stories while learning how to make her steamed cakes and Lor Mee!
Language: Conducted mainly in Cantonese
