【Don’t let treasured family recipes disappear with time】

For some designers, they do not merely get satisfaction from eating delicious food. Indeed, food, as a medium, can provide lots of opportunities for us to be creative. In the upcoming Family Recipe Workshop, PMQ Taste Library has invited renowned local designer, Mr. CL Lam, to demonstrate two Chiu Chow dishes, Sesame Pork Tendon and Oyster Congee.
Although people usually think of Chiuchownese are relatively close-minded, CL, as a green product designer, is totally different from what they think. Please get ready to be amazed by his modified Chiu Chow dishes!

Before the cooking demonstration between 3 to 4:30pm, CL will share about his projects in these recent years on upcycling food waste into some useful products to all the participants!
