When you are feeling lonely and distressed, the warm flavours of home will become exceptionally nostalgic. Needless to say, there are stories and memories behind home-cooked meals. Starting from November, Ms Pia Ho, former DJ and programme producer at Hong Kong Commercial Radio, will be the new host at PMQ Taste Library’s Family Recipes Workshops every Sunday!

This Family Recipes Workshop, Pia has invited Mr Erikson Ting, a professional musician, to showcase his family’s secret recipes — Red Braised Fish + Bamboo Shoot & Shredded Pork with Rice Cake. Come join us at PMQ’s Taste Library to learn Mr Ting’s life stories, as well as his full-flavoured Chinese specialties.
