As part of celebrations to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Basic Law, the Information Services Department and the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) have teamed up to take a close look at this highly important document through the eyes of young people. With a contemporary and artistic approach, HKDI students have helped us to look at the Basic Law in a new light.
