Organized by PMQ and sponsored by Create Hong Kong of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, deTour is an annual design festival that celebrates creativity and demonstrates how the creative process brings value to the design industry. It presents a variety of programmes by engaging designers and creative communities in Hong Kong and overseas. It is a unique platform that inspires and fosters ideas exchange by featuring the latest creative expressions and innovative designs between emerging talents and well-established creative professionals.

deTour 2021 is now inviting creative proposals from local and overseas talent to respond to this year’s theme “Use(fu)less”.

Selected applicants will be granted the showcase opportunity at PMQ and production funding will be granted to each selected proposal in the design professionals group and the fresh graduates group respectively.

Design professionals: HKD$50,000-$100,000
Fresh graduates: HKD$30,000-$50,000
