Fujian cuisine all started from Fuzhou. Although it’s one of the eight Chinese regional cuisines, it doesn’t receive the same popularity as Cantonese cuisine and Sichuan cuisine, nor the prestige status of Shandong cuisine. But why is that? Going on a quick trip to Fuzhou, curator Craig Au Yeung was looking for an answer. Come join this upcoming Craig’s Nomadic Kitchen on March 9, and let’s find out the taste of Fuzhou through Craig’s sharing and cooking!
