On the nights of 28th and 29th August, Vasco will be welcoming Chef David Garcia, a young Basque chef who heads up the Michelin-starred Madrid restaurant, Álbora for a culinary showcase of traditional Basque cuisine with a modern twist.

Featuring contemporary Basque fine dining based on the seasonal produce of Spain, his 8-course menu ($1780 per person) includes: Iberian pluma Basque-style with shiso, Mero ajoblanco, black olives and coffee; Oyster with infusion of parmesan, melon and vanilla soup; Wild turbot with tomatoes, vodka and crunchy capers; Roast suckling lamb shoulder and creamy polenta with Jerez essence.

Chef David Garcia’s 8-course menu is only available on the nights of 28th and 29th August and is now open for prepay reservation.
