Image Pro, a social enterprise by Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. It launched the eighth “iSo Right” photography pre-employment training program in 2022 to encourage young people to explore their future and affirm their self-worth. Train young photographers to promote their development in the multimedia industry, assist them in establishing connections and create job opportunities.

Loupe’s philosophy is to inherit craftsmanship and cultivate young jewelry designers and craftsmen; Image Pro’s mission is to explore the potential of youth and train young producers. The joint cooperation plan allows students’ creation to no longer remain in imagination and provides opportunities for practice.

The students of the 8th “iSo Right” photography program organized by Image Pro have completed about 10 months of professional training. The theme of this exhibition is “EV-3 (Underexposure)”, which means that this program has enabled a group of underexposure Young people who are discovered (underexposed) and passionate about multimedia are gradually being seen and appreciated. The graduation project is a collaboration with Loupe. We created 4 sets of advertising programs with the theme of “Find Your Journey” for Loupe to promote its brand, workshops, products, and designers, and publicly exhibited short films, photography, and design works. Let students’ creativity be put into practice.
