Organised by PMQ and funded by Create Hong Kong of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the 10 x 100 exhibition will take place in Hong Kong from 17 February 2017 to 5 March 2017 through the main exhibition, and associated workshops, talks and forums based on the 100 carefully selected architects’ projects, 50 each from Mainland and Hong Kong, during the contemporary urbanization in the past 10 years in China.
The program will, for the first time, foster a collective dialogue between the architectural and urban designers between Mainland and Hong Kong. It will offer Hong Kong architects, urban planners, developers, governors, and the general public the insight of the city-making movement. The Program is expected to construct a strong vision for the Hong Kong architectural talents towards the treasurable opportunities during the rejuvenation of China, promote and nurture, to serve as a platform to foster potential business collaborations and improve the professional standard of both Hong Kong and Mainland architects and urban planners.
